With an academic background in civil engineering, MBA, international development and climate change, Jeanne is passionate about helping entrepreneurs, grassroots communities, and local governments mitigate and adapt to the impacts of climate change using inclusive technical, economic, institutional and scientific solutions that preserve and honor culture, nature, and especially the ocean.
She has 20 years of experience as an international development professional working for multilateral organisations, international non-profits and consulting firms. She has led teams, implemented grassroots projects, and forged partnerships between government, private sector, civil society and communities to overcome infrastructure, climate change, economic and environmental challenges for greater resilience in a cleaner future in 12 countries, most of which in Asia and Africa.
